Stock Plan Modifications

Our Modification department is standing by to ensure that you get a final product that fits your every need. Please search our extensive list of stock house plans that include a large variety of different styles and sizes. If you find the house plan that is ALMOST what you want, but something just isn't right about it, please contact us and we can modify it to exactly fit the home design you need. Our stock plan modifications typically take around 2-4 weeks depending on the extent of the changes. Every one of our stock plans is subject for modifications if the changes are feasible. Whether you want to expand a bedroom, change the footprint, or change the exterior materials, AGI can do it all. AGI charges $55/hour for typical house plan modifications.
