Single-Use License

When purchasing a 5 or 8 set of black lines, this will give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to build a single home from the plans you have purchased. This license in no way transfers any copyright or other ownership interest to the purchaser. Building more than one home from the plans is a copyright infringement. The purchase of additional sets of plans does not give you the right to construct more than one home. The license to build a single home from these plans is granted to the original purchaser only. This license may not be transferred, assigned, or sub-licensed to any other party. You may not reproduce, redraw, modify, copy or sell these plans.

Multi-Use License

When purchasing a Vellum or CAD file, this letter grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to construct an unlimited number of homes from the plans you have purchased. This license in no way transfers any copyright or other ownership interest to the purchaser. The license to construct multiple homes from these plans is granted to the original purchaser only. This license may not be transferred, assigned, or sub-licensed to any other party. You may reproduce or modify these plans for your own construction purposes only; however, copies may not be licensed, sold or given to anyone else. This letter grants you permission to make copies of the plans to use in the construction of your homes.
